Kimberly "Kim" Sutton
After completing my physical therapy treatment plan, I can now use my shoulder and arm to dress myself independently, wash dishes, cook, and sweep.
My doctor determined my left rotator cuff was 80% torn after I was injured in a car accident in August of 2019. I ended up needing two surgeries.
I initially chose TPTC-St. Albans because it was near where I live. However, after my experience here, I would definitely drive out of my way to participate in therapy if needed in the future.
When I first began treatment, I was at my lowest point and feeling useless. I could not see myself making it through the long rehabilitation. But Doug turned my life completely around giving me hope and showing me that I would get through this. I learned it just takes time. He pushed me enough to not give up and, thanks to him, I made it! Thank you so much, Doug!
If a friend or family member needed therapy, I would tell them TPTC-St. Albans is definitely the place to go for the nicest and most caring people I’ve met.
