I developed pain in my hip and shoulder that my rheumatologist, Dr. Leah Triplett, diagnosed as bursitis. I had been a patient at TPTC several years ago for treatment of low back pain, and it had been a pleasant experience. So when I needed therapy this time, I again chose TPTC. My therapist, Doug James, PT, assessed my pain and started treatment. He and the staff were very atuned to any complaints of pain and they taught me how to counteract any problems in the future. All employees with whom I interacted were very friendly and professional. The St. Albans facility is very convenient for me. Everyone there is professional, and their main goal is to help with pain. I highly recommend this office due to its location, free parking, and the friendly staff.
